Our story

A little piece of El Salvador

Since we opened our doors on Hillcroft, neighbors have been coming back week after week for the same reason: the pupusas taste like someone made them for you personally, because they did. Over 1,300 Houston diners have left happy — we plan to keep that going.

Everything starts with fresh masa patted out by hand and stuffed to order. Whether you go classic chicharron and cheese or try the loroco con queso, you'll understand pretty quickly why the line moves fast but people still wait in it.
